Upon arrival at Amman International Airport, your tour manager will meet and assist you. You will then be transported to your hotel in Madaba in a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in. The tour manager will ensure a smooth check-in process and review your holiday itinerary with you, confirming pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Madaba.

Jordan Family Tour Prices:
Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, and you have the option to pay in Euro or GBP. Please note that prices may differ during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. We always strive to offer the lowest possible prices and keep them up-to-date. Once you confirm your Jordan Family Tour, we cannot guarantee any changes to the rates from our side.
Tips for Departure:On the last day of your Jordan Tours, we recommend that you avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3.00 pm or consider extending your stay in Amman for an extra night. Our Tour Manager can assist you with additional services like accommodation and transfers.
Children Policy
- - Infants up to 2 years old are free of charge for the tour package, which allows them to share with their parents.
- - Children under 06 years old sharing parents with an extra bed pay 25% of the price of an adult rate.
- - Children under 12 years old sharing parents with an extra bed is half the price of an adult rate.
- - Children 12 years old and above are considered adults; full rates apply.
- - Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents; a maximum of one child sharing their parent's room.
Jordan Family Tour Payment Policy:
To secure your desired Jordan Family Trip, we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. You can secure your spot by paying a deposit of 25% of the required payment. During peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the deposit necessary to visit Jordan will be 50% of the required payment. The deposit will be included in your final payment, which should be made up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
Installment Policy:We offer a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your booked Jordan Family Tour in monthly installments. You can choose to pay in monthly installments of 6, 9, or 12 months, leading up to your arrival. You can pay the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Jordan in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full amount in monthly installments before your Jordan tours.
Tipping:
Tipping is a customary practice in many countries as a gesture of gratitude for exceptional service. Although recommended, it is not obligatory. Tipping serves as a way to recognize the effort and dedication of service providers in fulfilling customer expectations. Generosity in tipping can be an expression of appreciation for outstanding service. However, it is important to note that tips should not substitute an employer's responsibility to provide fair compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you cancel your Jordan Family Tour, the following charges will apply:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Please note that there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Jordan.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
We offer a highly flexible cancellation policy if your government or the airline issues a travel advisory due to war, riots, civil unrest, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other similar conditions. Should such a situation arise, we will refund the amount paid for the booked Jordan Tours. Alternatively, in certain cases, your payment may be credited toward future travel.
This credit can be applied to new travel services booked within 12 months.
Please note that according to the airline’s terms and conditions, flight cancellation or change fees will apply, along with any applicable bank surcharge fees on the deposit amount paid.
Visa to Jordan:
Free entry visas are issued upon arrival if traveling to Amman International Airport; Please Check your country’s visa policy with Jordan.
-If staying for less than 3 Nights a visa fee of 56.00 USD is required, a valid passport of at least 6 months is also needed prior to entry
