There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

• Tips For The Final Departure
On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired all Inclusive Trips to Egypt from USA, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year Egypt trips the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance can be paid up to a weak prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.

• Installments Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked all Inclusive Trips to Egypt from USA in monthly installments.
You will pay 10% of the amount determined every month to pay the deposits in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. You will pay the balance upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival to Egypt.
• Additional Entry Tickets

• Tipping

• Cancellation Policy

Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy in case your government or the airline cleared a travel warning from/to your departure country and Egypt. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future vacation. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline's terms and conditions.
