Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Welcome to the Land of Pharaohs

Welcome to Egypt, the land of ancient wonders and rich history. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will meet and assist you, facilitating your entry visa and ensuring a smooth arrival process. You will then be escorted through the vibrant streets of Cairo in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Once you reach your hotel, your tour manager will assist with check-in and go over your itinerary, confirming all pickup times for your upcoming tours and activities.


Day 2: Exploring the Pyramids & Sakkara

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey to the Giza Plateau. Marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Walk around the plateau and visit the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Afterward, enjoy lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant before heading to Sakkara, home to the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid ever built.

Day 3: Grand Egyptian Museum & Egyptian Museum

After breakfast, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the most significant archaeological museums in the world, located near the Pyramids of Giza. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Egyptian Museum in Downtown Cairo, home to an extensive collection of artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun.

Day 4: Fly to Luxor – Begin Your Nile Cruise

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your representative and board your Nile cruise. After lunch, visit the Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes ever built. Return to the cruise for dinner and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of sailing along the Nile.

Day 5: Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple & Colossi of Memnon

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh of Egypt, and then stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues standing as guardians of the past.

Trip to Kemet Prices:

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Trip to Kemet is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Trip to Kemet, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

Trip to Kemet Payment Policy:

To ensure you secure the Trip to Kemet at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Trip to Kemet over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your Trip to Kemet, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Egypt.
