• Prices:
Our Trip to Egypt from USA program A is quoted in US dollars per person per trip (except during Christmas, New Year & Easter). However, you can also pay in Euro or GBP. Our prices are always updated to ensure that you receive the lowest possible price. Once your trip is confirmed, we guarantee that there will be no change to the rates on our part.
• Domestic Flights:
Two domestic flights are included in this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. The baggage allowance is as follows: Checked-in luggage - 1 bag, max 23kg; Hand luggage - 1 bag, max 7kg.
• Tips for the Final Departure:
On your last day, we recommend not booking any outgoing international flights until after 3:00 pm or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.
• Children Policy:
Children aged 0-01.99 are free of charge, while those aged 2-5.99 pay 25% of the tour price, those aged 6-11.99 pay 50% of the tour price, and those aged 12 and above pay the full tour price as per an adult person. If your Trip to Egypt from USA includes airfare, extra charges for your children may be applied.
• Payment Policy:
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Trip to Egypt from USA. Spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25%, which forms part of your final payment. During the Christmas and New Year Egypt trips, the required deposit is 50%. The remaining balance can be paid up to a week prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival. • Installments Policy:
At Around Egypt Tours, we offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked Trip to Egypt from USA in monthly installments. You will pay 10% of the determined amount every month to pay the deposits in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. You will pay the balance upon your arrival in Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in Egypt.
• Additional Entry Tickets:
Please note that the Trip to Egypt from USA package does not include the entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, or entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping:
It is customary to express your satisfaction with good services rendered to you by staff on duty with a tip. We advise that if you are willing to offer it, it would be appreciated, but if not, you are not obliged to do so.
• Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your Trip to Egypt from USA, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy in case your government or the airline cleared a travel warning from/to your departure country and Egypt. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future vacation. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline's terms and conditions.
