• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired program, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance can be paid up to a week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.

• Additional Entry Tickets
All our Luxor and Aswan Cruises don't include the entrance fees to the special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, or entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping

Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy in case your government or the airline clears a travel warning from/to your departure country and Egypt. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be credited for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline's terms and conditions.
