Our tour rates are in US dollars per person per trip. You can also pay in Euro or GBP. Prices might vary during Christmas, New Year, and Easter Nile Cruise Vacations. We aim to provide the best rates and maintain their accuracy. Once you confirm one of our Luxor and Aswan Nile Cruises, our rates remain fixed and may not change.
• MS Kahila Nile Cruise Children Policy:
• Children aged 0 to 01.99 years old are welcomed aboard the MS Kahila Nile cruise free of charge.
• Children aged 2 to 5.99 years old are required to pay only 25% of the tour price.
• Children aged 6 to 11.99 years old can enjoy the MS Mayfair Nile cruise at a discounted rate of 50% of the tour price.
• Children aged 12 and above are required to pay the full tour price, just like adult guests. Please note that additional charges may apply if your tour package includes airfare for your children.
• Al Kahila Nile Cruise Payment Policy:
To secure your desired program and ensure availability, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure your booking, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when a deposit of 50% is necessary. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. The remaining balance can be settled up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon your arrival.
• Additional Entry Tickets:
Please note that the Al Kahila Nile cruise doesn't include entrance fees to the special archaeological sites, such as entering the interior of the Tomb of Tutankhamun at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor. Separate fees apply for these attractions.
• Tipping:
Tipping is a customary gesture to express satisfaction with the excellent services provided by our dedicated staff. While it is not obligatory, if you are willing to offer a gratuity, it is greatly appreciated.
• Cancellation Policy:
In case you cancel your booking on MS Kahila Nile cruise, the following charges will apply:
• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Please note that there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt.
