Tips for Departure:

Children Policy

During peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the deposit necessary to visit Jordan will be 50% of the required payment. Installment Policy:

You can choose to pay in monthly installments of 6, 9, or 12 months, leading up to your arrival. You can pay the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Jordan in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full amount in monthly installments before your Jordan tours.
Tipping is a customary practice in many countries as a gesture of gratitude for exceptional service. Although recommended, it is not obligatory. In case you cancel your Jordan Tour, the following charges will apply:
We offer a highly flexible cancellation policy if your government or the airline issues a travel advisory due to war, riots, civil unrest, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other similar conditions. Should such a situation arise, we will refund the amount paid for the booked Jordan Tours. Alternatively, in certain cases, your payment may be credited toward future travel.
This credit can be applied to new travel services booked within 12 months.
Please note that according to the airline’s terms and conditions, flight cancellation or change fees will apply, along with any applicable bank surcharge fees on the deposit amount paid.
