Your day begins when your driver picks you up from your hotel lobby in Amman, holding a sign with your name. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Desert Highway to Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, this ancient city was once the heart of a thriving commercial empire that stretched into Syria. Upon arrival, meet your local private guide and embark on your adventure through the narrow canyon known as the Siq, which is 1.2 kilometers long and adorned with vibrant sandstone. At the end of the Siq, you'll be greeted by the stunning sight of the Treasury, an impressive monument with a facade measuring about 30 meters wide and 43 meters high, carved from red rose sandstone in the early 1st century. Capture plenty of photos as you continue along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. After your guided tour, you’ll have free time to explore Petra at your own pace. For the adventurous, there’s the option to climb the 800 steps to the Monastery El Deir, standing 45 meters high. After your exploration, return to the main gate, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Amman.

- Children 12 years old and above are considered adults; full rates apply.
- Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents; a maximum of one child sharing their parent's room.

Jordan Family Tour Payment Policy:

To secure your desired Amman To Petra Day Tour, we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. You can secure your spot by paying a deposit of 25% of the required payment. During peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the deposit necessary to visit Jordan will be 50% of the required payment. The deposit will be included in your final payment, which should be made up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your booked Petra Tour in monthly installments. You can choose to pay in monthly installments of 6, 9, or 12 months, leading up to your arrival. You can pay the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Jordan in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full amount in monthly installments before your Jordan tours.

Tipping:

Tipping is a customary practice in many countries as a gesture of gratitude for exceptional service. Although recommended, it is not obligatory. Tipping serves as a way to recognize the effort and dedication of service providers in fulfilling customer expectations. Generosity in tipping can be an expression of appreciation for outstanding service. However, it is important to note that tips should not substitute an employer's responsibility to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In case you cancel your Amman To Petra Day Tour, the following charges will apply:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Please note that there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Jordan.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

We offer a highly flexible cancellation policy if your government or the airline issues a travel advisory due to war, riots, civil unrest, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other similar conditions. Should such a situation arise, we will refund the amount paid for the booked Jordan Tours. Alternatively, in certain cases, your payment may be credited toward future travel.

This credit can be applied to new travel services booked within 12 months.

Please note that according to the airline’s terms and conditions, flight cancellation or change fees will apply, along with any applicable bank surcharge fees on the deposit amount paid.
