Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures), and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your luxury Egypt tours with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each trip.

Welcome Drink
Breakfast will be served at the hotel, and then you will be accompanied by your private tour guide to start your luxury tours by visiting one of the best attractions in Egypt, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Then continue to visit the Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid. Stop for lunch at a luxury restaurant during the tour, and then proceed to Sakkara area to visit Saqqara Complex, and the first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid). Next, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Cairo.
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Then, your private guide will accompany you to visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will explore the splendid collection of Tutankhamun alongside many other fascinating artifacts. Next, you transfer to visit Salah El Din Citadel, which was constructed by Salah El Din in 1183 AD to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. After that, you visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, the ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) who ruled over 45 years. Stop for lunch at a luxury restaurant during the tour. Next, you continue driving to the area of Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Then, we move on to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.
After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Cairo. Then, you transfer to Cairo Airport for flight to Luxor. Next, you embark on board a 5-star luxury Dahabiya, Sonesta Amirat dahabiya Cruise, in Luxor for a relaxing week, sailing the Nile on board a luxuriously appointed Dahabiya. After lunch, you will go on an excursion to visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypostyle hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28th Dynasty Luxor Temple, overnight moored on the banks of the Nile in Luxor.
After breakfast, you will enjoy a luxury tour to the West Bank to visit the burial places of the Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen` in 1922. Next, you will continue to the adjacent Valley of the Queens, the temple of MedinetHabu, and the Colossi of Memnon. Then, you sail on the way to Esna (at noon). Overnight near Esna.
This day will be a leisurely day. After Breakfast, you will start sailing. Overnight beside a Nile Island.
This morning you will sail to Edfu to visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu. Overnight moored near a Nile island.
You will sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the crocodile God Sobek and the falcon-headed Horus, God of the morning sun. Overnight moored near a Nile island.
A leisurely day sailing to Aswan.
Overnight in Aswan.
You will visit the Aswan High Dam (completed in 1971); the Old Dam (completed in 1902). You will also visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, a structure rescued from the rising water of Lake Nasser at the time of the High Dam's construction.
Breakfast on board the Dahabiya followed by disembarkation. After that, you will transfer to Aswan Airport for departure to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will transfer to your hotel in Cairo and overnight.
Breakfast, then transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. End of your luxury Egypt tours.

Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter Egypt travel packages; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. Moreover, we always update our prices to ensure that you receive the lowest price possible. Once your Sonesta amirat Egypt package is confirmed, no change to the rates is guaranteed from our part.
• Domestic flights
There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

• Tips for the final departure
On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt travel packages. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.
• Installments policy
Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked luxury Egypt tours in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.
• Additional Entry Tickets
All our Egypt travel packages don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :
• Entering one of the Pyramids inside
• Visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo
• Visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area
• Enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping
It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.
• Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your vacation to Egypt, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
