Around Egypt Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures), and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your luxury Egypt tours with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for all the tours. Overnight in Cairo.
Welcome Drink
Check out from your hotel after breakfast, and then you will be accompanied by your private tour guide to start your luxury tours by visiting one of the best attractions in Egypt, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Then continue to visit the Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid. Stop for lunch at a luxury restaurant during the tour, and then proceed to Sakkara area to visit Saqqara Complex, and the first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid). Next, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Your luxury tours will begin with a brief walk to the temple and a stroll through streets filled with beautiful textiles and other exotic goods.
Back to your luxury Dahabiya. And overnight in Esna.
Sail to El Kab, on the East Bank of the Nile, which was once the capital of Upper Egypt and is still home to the temple of Nekhbet, and explore the row of fascinating decorated tombs carved into the slope of the mountains. Upon docking, you will embark on a beautiful walk through a small fishermen village to visit the necropolis.
In the afternoon, the luxury Dahabiya will arrive at Edfu, and then you will visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu by horse carriage. After returning to the luxury Dahabiya, you will set sail for a beautiful island.
Overnight on the island.
Sailing after Breakfast, and then, you will stop at an island to swim in the Nile as you will have the chance to walk into the desert along a valley lined with boulders covered in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and stone-age inscriptions. At night, the boat will stop at the temple of Gebel Silsileh. Overnight in Gebel Silsileh.
After breakfast, you will have a unique chance. You will usually be the only visitors at this fascinating site, as large Nile cruisers are not allowed to stop here. After visiting the small temple of Horemheb and walking through the sandstone quarries, you will visit a picturesque café to enjoy tea and shisha. Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to Ras Mohammed National Park, which is both a terrestrial and an aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometers protected area lies where the Gulf of Suez meets the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai's southern extremity. The arid desert terrain of dunes, gravel plains, fossilized corals, and granite mountains is home to many rare mammal species: Dorcas gazelle, Nubian ibex, and red fox. More comfortable to spot are the resident birds like terns, herons, gulls, and ospreys. Thousands of white storks pass through Ras Mohammed each year, heading south during September/October and back north during April/May. About 85 flora species live in the park, including mangroves. Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter Egypt travel packages; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. Moreover, we always update our prices to ensure that you receive the lowest price possible. Once your luxury tours to Egypt is confirmed, no change to the rates is guaranteed from our part.

There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

• Tips for the final departure
On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt travel packages. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.
• Installments policy
Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked luxury tours to Egypt in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.
• Additional Entry Tickets
All our Egypt travel packages don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :
• Entering one of the Pyramids inside
• Visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo
• Visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area
• Enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping
It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.
• Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your vacation to Egypt, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
