Itinerary:

Day 1: Your Dream Trip to Egypt come true

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt

Around Egypt Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, and then he will accompany you to the hotel by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the representative will assist you to check-in and review your trip to Egypt to confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Day 2: Pyramids Trip - Train to Aswan

Check out from your hotel after breakfast, and then you will be accompanied by your private tour guide to start your trip to Egypt by visiting one of the best attractions in Egypt, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Then continue to visit the Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid. Stop for lunch at a good quality healthy restaurant, during the tour, and then proceed to The Saqqara area to visit Saqqara Complex, and the first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid). Next, you will be transferred to Giza Railway Station to board the sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner on board the train.

Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Trips

After breakfast onboard the train, Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Aswan train station, and then he will transfer you by a private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise for embarkation in Aswan before lunch. After lunch, your private tour guide will accompany you to start your trip with a cross by boat to Agilkia Island to visit the Philae temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the Nubian Temples rescued before the High Dam was built. Enjoy Philae’s long colonnades, towers, and reliefs, including the last surviving hieroglyphic and demotic inscriptions in Egypt, and then back to your Nile Cruise.
Dinner on board. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

By the morning, you will enjoy Sailing to Kom Ombo while getting breakfast on board. Arrive Kom Ombo to visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Back to your Nile cruise to sail to Edfu with lunch on board; on arrival at Edfu, our guide will accompany you to visit the Horus Temple at Edfu by a Kalesh ride (horse and carriage). Explore the huge Ptolemaic Temple of Horus at Edfu, which is the most complete and best-preserved of the Egyptian Temples, consisting of many columns, halls, chambers, and chapels. Two statues of Horus flank the twin-towered entrance gate. Enjoy an afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Luxor Nile Cruise Trips

Breakfast will be served on board during your sail to Luxor in the early morning, then set out from your cruise, where you will be taken to the West Bank of Luxor. Visit the royal cemetery for 64 Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings (the original resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun). After that, you will move to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only Female Pharaoh) at El Deir EL Bahari, which was built in the 15th century BC, and the two towering statues of Memnon. After the trip, you will return to your Nile cruise for lunch on board.

Note: (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government to preserve them from the large flow of visitors; therefore, they are rotated throughout the year and cannot be confirmed as to which tombs before your visit).

In the afternoon, you will be guided for a wonderful exploration of the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak Temple, the world's largest ancient religious site. The hypostyle hall with its gigantic columns, is one of Egypt’s famous landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various Pharaoh's reigns. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor.

Breakfast will be served on board. Then, at 08:00 A.M., disembark from your Nile cruise, and then you will be transferred to Luxor Airport to fly to Sharm. Upon arrival at Sharm Airport, Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you in Sharm Airport, then, he will accompany you by a private air-conditioned deluxe vehicle to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Overnight in Sharm.

Day 7: Ras Mohammed National Park Trip

Enjoy our trip to Ras Mohammed National Park, which is both a terrestrial and an aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometers protected area lies where the Gulf of Suez meets the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai's southern extremity. This place is the home to many rare mammal species: Dorcas gazelle, Nubian ibex, and red fox. Easier to spot are the resident birds like terns, herons, gulls, and ospreys. Thousands of white storks pass through Ras Mohammed each year, heading south during September/October and back north during April/May. Overnight in Sharm.

Day 8: Sharm El Shiekh Optional trips

Free day in Sharm, or join our optional tour to one of the natural wonders of Sinai, the majestic Colored Canyon. Take a walk among dramatic sandstone canyon walls streaked with melting yellows, purples, reds, magentas, and gold. In certain places, the canyon walls reach up to 40 meters. You will feel as if you are enclosed in a spectacular coloring book.

Day 9: Sharm El Shiekh Optional Trips

Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to the Monastery of St. Catherine, located at the heart of Sinai and the foot of the Gebel Musa, or Mount Moses. Fronted by gardens and cypress trees, the monastery is owned and run by the Greek Orthodox Church. Its rich library houses the world's second-largest collection of illuminated manuscripts after the Vatican. You can see a large number of antique works of art: invaluable icons, beautifully carved doors, exquisite wall paintings, and other fine religious ornaments.

Day 10: Fly to Cairo from Sharm

Day 11: Cairo Sightseeing Trips

Breakfast at the hotel, Then you will start your tour with your private guide explore to the remaining of Egypt attractions in your Egypt vacation by visiting Coptic Cairo, where you will enjoy seeing the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue. Next, you will be transferred to visit the Egyptian Museum, one of the most famous Egyptian landmarks, where you will explore the marvelous collections of Tutankhamun besides numerous attractive artifacts. Then transfer to visit Salah El Din Citadel, which was designed to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. After that, you will visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Stop for lunch during the tour at a good quality restaurant. Then, you will continue driving to the area of Islamic Cairo to visit Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar, and finally back to the hotel. Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter Egypt vacations; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. Moreover, we always update our prices to ensure that you receive the lowest price possible. Once your trip to Egypt is confirmed, no change to the rates is guaranteed from our part.

There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:
Checked-in   - 1 Bag, max 23kg
Hand luggage - 1 bag, max 7kg

• Tips for the final departure

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

•    Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt travel packages. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.


•  Installments policy

Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked trip to Egypt in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.
    
•    Additional Entry Tickets

All our Egypt vacations and programs don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :
 Entering one of the Pyramids inside
Visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo
Visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area
Enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

•    Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

•  Cancellation Policy

 In case you cancel your trip to Egypt, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire trip price will be charged.
 Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel your trip to Egypt at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
