• Tour Prices
The prices for our Egypt private tours are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, except during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. However, you can also pay in Euro or GBP. Our prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed, we guarantee no changes to the rates from our side.
• Domestic Flights
Two domestic flights are included in this trip, and we usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. The baggage allowance is as follows: Checked-in - 1 Bag, max 23kg, and Hand luggage - 1 bag, max 7kg.
• Tips for Final Departure
We recommend that you do not book any outgoing international flights until after 3:00 pm on your last day, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist you with additional services like accommodation and transfers.
• Children Policy
Children aged 0 - 01.99 are free of charge, while those aged 2 - 5.99 pay 25% of the tour price. Children aged 6 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price, and those aged 12+ pay the full tour price as per an adult person. If your Egypt private tour includes airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.
• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt travel packages. Spaces will be secured, and your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the required payment. During the peak season (Xmas, New Year), the required deposit will be 50% of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
• Installments Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your Egypt private tours in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in Egypt.
• Additional Entry Tickets
All our Egypt private vacations and programs don't include entrance fees to specific archaeological sites, such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, or entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping
Tipping is a customary attitude for expressing one's satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.
• Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your Egypt private tour, the following scale of charges will be applied: From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline's cancellation policy.
