Itinerary:

Day 1: Cairo / Arrival In Egypt

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt
Around Egypt Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, and then he will accompany you to the hotel by a private air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the representative will assist you to check-in and review your Egypt vacation to confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 2: Tour to the Pyramids and Egyptian Museum

You will be accompanied by your private tour guide to start your vacation by visiting one of the best attractions in Egypt the Egyptian Museum, where you will explore the splendid collection of Tutankhamun alongside many other fascinating artifacts. Stop for lunch at a restaurant during the tour. Then visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Then continue to visit the Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid. Next, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Islamic Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, you will be escorted by your private guide to complete your Egypt tours by visiting Sultan Hassan Mosque, which is one of the most extraordinary monuments in the Islamic world.

Then, proceed to visit Al Refaie Mosque beside Sultan Hassan Madrasa. Later, you will be transferred back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Fly to Luxor from Cairo

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Cairo and move to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor. Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Luxor airport, then your private tour guide will accompany you to start your day of Luxor tours with a visit to the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak Temple, the world's largest ancient religious site. The hypo style hall with its gigantic columns is one of Egypt’s famous landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various Pharaoh's reigns. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun. Finally, transfer to your hotel in Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 5: Medinat Habu& Deir el-Medina

After breakfast, you will be taken to the West Bank of Luxor to visit Medinat Habu, an archaeological locality situated near the foot of the Theban Hills on the West Bank of the River Nile opposite the modern city of Luxor, Egypt.

Then Continue your day Tour to Deir el-Medina, known as The Valley of the worker, Deir el-Medina is an ancient Egyptian village that was home to the artisans who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the Kings during the 18th to 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom period (ca. 1550–1080 BC) The paintings appear so fresh. Stop for Lunch.

At the end of the tour, transfer back to your Hotel.

Day 6: West Bank - Valley Of the Kings

After breakfast, you will be taken to the West Bank of Luxor. Start your tour by visiting the royal cemetery for 64Pharaohs in the Kings (the original resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun). After that, you will move to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only Female Pharaoh) at El Deir EL Bahari, which was built in the 15th century BC, and the two towering statues of Memnon. (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government to preserve them from the large flow of visitors; therefore, they are rotated throughout the year and cannot be confirmed as to which tombs before your visit). Stop for lunch, and then continue to visit Ramesseum, then back to your hotel

Day 7: Tour to Abydos

Your Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor to discover the ancient sites. Visit Abydos, the ancient Egyptian believed of God (Lord of the underworld) to be buried there. The temple was built by King Seti I, and completed by King Ramsess II, known as the temple of Seti I. It is located in Abydos city about 420 km to the south of Cairo in Sohag Government, and 135 km from Luxor. The paintings of the Gods and Pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. Back to Luxor, stop for lunch, and then back to your hotel.

Day 8: Boarding on Dahabiya in Esna – El Kab – Quessia

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, then transfer by a private air-conditioned vehicle to embark on the Dahabiya for a 4-day cruise along the Nile between Esna and Aswan. Cruise to El Kab, the ancient town of Nekheb, to visit the remains of its temples and some of the tombs cut into the cliffs. Set sail for a small island where the boat will moor for the night. Dinner will be served on board the Dahabiya or on the tranquil banks of the Nile. First night on board.

Day 9: Sail to Edfu – Wadi el Shat

Sail for Edfu and visit the temple of Horus, the best-preserved of all the temples in Egypt. Set sail for a small island where the boat will moor for the night; later stops will take you to small villages and the desert. Dinner will be served on board the Dahabiya or on the tranquil banks of the Nile.

Day 10: Gebel el Silsila – Kom Ombo – Maniha

Sail to Gebel el Silsila and explore the ancient sandstone quarries and rock-cut chapels of Horemheb, Seti I, Ramesses II and Merenptah. The journey up the Nile continues towards the double temple of Haroeris and Sobek in Kom Ombo. Set sail for the island of Maniha, where the Dahabiya will moor for the night. Dinner will be served on board the Dahabiya or on the tranquil banks of the Nile. Third night on board.

Day 11: Daraw – El Koubania, Aswan

Sail to Daraw and take a walking tour to the village to visit the markets of Daraw, once the last stop on the famous 40-day desert road between Sudan and Egypt. Sailing continues to the Nubian village of El Koubania, near Aswan.

Day 12: Disembarkation in Aswan- Abu Simbel

After breakfast, check out from the Dahabiya, then transfer by a private air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel, about 03 hours driving. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramsses II. Back to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 13: Fly back to Cairo from Aswan

Breakfast, and then you will be accompanied by your tour representative to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted, and then transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Breakfast at your hotel, and then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for final departure. End of your Culture Trip to Egypt.

Tour Prices:

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, and you have the option to pay in Euro or GBP. Please note that prices may differ during Christmas, New Year, and Easter Egypt vacations. We always strive to offer the lowest possible prices and keep them up-to-date. Once you confirm your Cairo and Nile Cruise Package, we cannot guarantee any changes to the rates from our side.

Domestic Flights:

As part of this trip, you will be taking two domestic flights, typically on Egypt Air or Nile Air. The baggage allowance for these flights is one checked-in bag, with a maximum weight of 23kg, and one piece of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 7kg.

Tips for Departure:

On the last day of your tour, we recommend that you avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3.00 pm or consider extending your stay in Cairo for an extra night. Our Tour Manager can assist you with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

 

Children Policy:

Children under 2 years old can travel for free. Children between the ages of 2 and 5.99 will be charged 25% of the tour price, while children between the ages of 6 and 11.99 will be charged 50% of the tour price. Children aged 12 or above will be charged the full tour price as an adult. If your Egypt tours package includes airfare, extra charges may apply for your children.

 

Payment Policy:

To secure your desired best Egypt tour, we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. You can secure your spot by paying a deposit of 25% of the required payment. During peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit to visit Egypt will be 50% of the required payment. This deposit will be included in your final payment, which should be made up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.

 

Installment Policy:

We offer a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your booked Cairo and Nile Cruise package in monthly installments. You can choose to pay in monthly installments of 6, 9, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You can pay the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before you travel to Egypt.

 

Additional Entry Tickets:

Please note that all our best Egypt tours and programs do not include entrance fees to specific archaeological sites, such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, and entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

 

Tipping:

Tipping is a common practice in many countries to express gratitude for excellent service. While it is recommended, it is not mandatory. Tipping is a way to acknowledge the effort and hard work put in by service providers to meet customer expectations. Generosity in tipping can be a way of showing appreciation for exceptional service. However, tips should not be seen as a replacement for an employer's obligation to pay a fair wage.

Cancellation Policy:

In case you cancel your best Egypt tour, the following charges will apply:

  • From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Please note that there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you

 

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

We offer a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked Egypt travel packages, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flight cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.

 We prioritize your well-being, health, and safety; for that reason, we've amended our cancellation policy. We've also modified our procedures to develop the global health and safety protocols to match the recommendations (WTTC).
Our Hotels have been chosen carefully to obtain the “Hygiene Safety” certificate to match the recommendations of the Ministries of tourism and health in Egypt to reflect our interests and values towards our Guests.
