Check out after breakfast at the hotel. Then, start your Budget Egypt Tours by touring with our private guide to visit the Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramids of Cheops, the Pyramids of Chephren, and the Pyramids of Mykerinus. Next, you proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which is related to the Pyramids of Chephren. Enjoy lunch during the tour at a good quality, healthy restaurant and then move to visit the Egyptian Museum, where you explore the splendid collection of Tutankhamun beside many other attractive artifacts. Then, you continue your tour to Coptic Cairo to see the Benezra Synagogue and the Hanging Church, and from there to Islamic Cairo to visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar. After breakfast on the train, our representative will arrive at Aswan train station and transfer you to your Nile cruise via a private air-conditioned vehicle for the embarkation in Aswan before lunch. After lunch, your own private tour guide will accompany you as you begin your day of Aswan tours, crossing by boat to Agilkia Island to visit the Philae temple, which was dedicated to the goddess Isis and one of the Nubian temples rescued before the High Dam was built. Philae has its long colonnades, towers, and reliefs, including the last but one surviving hieroglyphic and demotic inscriptions in Egypt. Lunch and Dinner on board your deluxe Nile Cruise. You will sail to Kom Ombo for an enjoyable breakfast on board. Upon reaching Kom Ombo, visit the temple that is dedicated to the two gods Sobek and Haeroris. Return to the Nile cruise in preparation for sailing to Edfu and serving lunch on board; upon arrival at Edfu, our guide will escort you to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu by kalesh ride (horse and carriage). The huge Ptolemaic Temple of Horus at Edfu is the most complete and best-preserved of the Egyptian temples, composed of many columns, halls, chambers, and chapels. Twin statues flank the entrance gate toward the temple. Enjoy tea time in the afternoon while sailing toward Esna. Dinner is offered onboard, and overnight accommodation is provided.
Early-morning breakfast is on board while sailing toward Luxor, after which guests disembark from the cruise and travel with the tour guide to the west bank of Luxor. The tour will commence with a visit to the royal cemetery of 64 Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, which was once the resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun. The next stop will be the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only female Pharaoh) at El Deir el-Bahari, built in the 15th century BC, and the two massive statues of Memnon.
Note: (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian government to preserve them from the large flow of visitors; therefore, they are rotated throughout the year, and it cannot be confirmed which tombs will be open before your visit).
After the trip, you will return to your Nile cruise for lunch on board.
Breakfast will be served on board the cruise after disembarkation, followed by a marvelous tour of the East Bank of the Nile from Luxor to Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious site in the world. The hypostyle hall with its gigantic columns is one of Egypt's celebrated monuments. Free time to wander on one's own in the different areas of the enormous complex created during various Pharaohs' reigns. You will then be transferred to the glorious Luxor Temple, originally built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivities and dedicated to the God Amun. You will then be transferred to Luxor train station for the sleeper train transfer to Cairo. Dinner will be served on board the sleeper train. Overnight in your cabin.
Breakfast onboard the sleeping train while heading toward Giza train station, where you will be greeted by the service of our representative. He shall transfer you to your hotel for some free time to stay in your hotel in Cairo.
