Day 1: Your Dream Budget Egypt Tours come true

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt

Our representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, and then he will accompany you to the hotel by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the representative will assist you to check-in and review your budget Egypt tours itinerary to confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Day 2: Cairo Sightseeing - Sleeper Train to Aswan

Check out after breakfast at the hotel. Then, start your Budget Egypt Tours by touring with our private guide to visit the Pyramids of Giza the, Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Next, you proceed to visit the Sphinx. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Day 3:Arrival Aswan- Embark on The Nile Cruise& Aswan Tours

After breakfast on board the train, our representative will meet you at Aswan train station, and then he will accompany you by a private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise for embarkation in Aswan before lunch. After lunch, your private tour guide will accompany you to start your day of Aswan tours cross by boat to Agilika Island to visit Philae temple, which was dedicated to the goddess Isis and one of the Nubian Temples rescued before the High Dam was built. Day 4: Sailing& Visit Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

By the morning, you will enjoy Sailing to Kom Ombo while getting breakfast on board. Arrive in Kom Ombo to visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris. Back to your Nile cruise to sail to Edfu with lunch on board; on arrival at Edfu, our guide will accompany you to visit the Horus Temple at Edfu by a Kalesh ride ( horse and carriage). Explore the huge Ptolemaic Temple of Horus at Edfu, which is the most complete and best-preserved of the Egyptian Temples, consisting of many columns, halls, chambers, and chapels. Two statues of Horus flank the twin-towered entrance gate. Enjoy an afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Arrival Luxor& Luxor Tours

Breakfast will be served on board during your sail to Luxor in the early morning, then set out from your cruise, where your tour guide will accompany you to visit the west bank of Luxor and start your tour by visiting the royal cemetery for 64 Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings (the original resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun). After that, you will move to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only Female Pharaoh) at El Deir EL Bahari, which was built in the 15th century BC, and the two towering statues of Memnon.

Note: (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government to preserve them from the large flow of visitors; therefore, they are rotated throughout the year and cannot be confirmed as to which tombs before your visit).
After the trip, you will return to your Nile cruise for lunch on board.

Breakfast is served on board the cruise before disembarkation, and then you will be guided for a wonderful exploration of the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak Temple, the world's largest ancient religious site. The hypo style hall, with its gigantic columns, is one of Egypt’s famous landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various Pharaoh's reigns. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun. Later on, you will be transferred to Luxor train station to get the sleeper train back to Cairo. Dinner will be served onboard the sleeper train.

There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

• Tips for The Final Departure

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

• Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired 08 Days Budget Egypt Tours. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.

•  Installments Policy

We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked cheap Egypt tour in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.   

•    Additional Entry Tickets

All our Egypt Vacations and packages don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :

•    Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

•  Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your budget tour of Egypt, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

We offer a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
