Cairo Short Break 3 Days

 

Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. Moreover, we always update our prices to ensure that you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed, no change to the rates is guaranteed from our part.

• Tips for the final departure

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

6 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person
If your tour package includes airfare, extra charges for your children may be applied.

•    Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired short break package. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.

• Installments policy

Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked short break package in monthly installments.
You will pay 10% of the amount determined every month to pay the deposits in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. You will pay the balance upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival to Egypt.
    
•    Additional Entry Tickets

All our short break package and programs don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, to visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, to visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area or to enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

•    Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this will be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

Cancellation Policy

• In case you cancel your short break package, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy in case your government or the airline cleared a travel warning from/to your departure country and Egypt. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline's terms and conditions.
