Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to the enchanting lands of Egypt, where the Pharaohs once ruled. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will greet you and assist with the entry visa process. You'll then be escorted through the lively streets of Cairo in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Once you reach your selected hotel your tour manager will assist you with check-in and confirm all pick-up times for your activities during your trip. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your personal guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Visit the iconic the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Start your day by visiting Diriyyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site on the outskirts of Riyadh and the birthplace of the first Saudi state. Explore the old town, admiring ancient ruins, including the old palace and marketplace. Next, visit Masmak Fort, built in 1895 A.D., followed by a stroll through Dirah Souq, known for colorful textiles. After lunch, explore the National Museum, a treasure that tells the story of Arabian history, and Murabba Palace, built by King Abdul Aziz in 1937. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 10: Flight from Riyadh to Al Ula

This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight northwest to AlUla. Discover rock-cut tombs and relics, including the Nabatean Well, Qasr Al Bint, and Al Farid Palace. Lunch during the tour at a local restaurant. Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Egypt to Saudi Arabia Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay . Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.

During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Egypt to Saudi Arabia Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Sauda Arabia using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Emergency Cancellation Policy:

If your government or airline issues a travel advisory due to unexpected circumstances like war, natural disasters, or pandemics, we offer a highly flexible cancellation policy. You will be eligible for a refund or credit toward future travel, which can be used within 12 months of the original booking. However, airline terms and cancellation fees, as well as any applicable bank surcharges on deposits, will apply.
